Military & First Responder Discounts

A deposit totaling $100.00 is due at booking. This includes a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 (for filing your permit with the Fire Marshal’s office.) This amount may change if permit prices are altered by the city. The remaining $25.00 is a non- refundable deposit for securing our services.

Package pricing varies depending on the time of year, with different rates for peak and off seasons.

The remaining balance of service agreement is due prior to or at the time of “set-up”. If the customer/renter fails to be ON SITE for delivery and set-up of equipment, then OC Beach Bonfires may move on to the next site, and that customer will be placed at the bottom of the evenings schedule for set-up.

All deposits need to be paid electronically, remaining balances can be paid in cash. Balances paid electronically will incur a 3% convenience fee.

Discounts will be issued to customers notifying us of an early clean up. Early cleanup is considered any time prior to 10:00pm.

If damage is found to any of the rented equipment, the customer will be charged a “Damage Fee” for the posted price of the that particular item(s).

If inclement weather or unsafe conditions are forecasted, customers will be contacted to discuss rescheduling dates/options. If the decision is made to move forward with a Bonfire despite an inclement weather forecast, refunds will not be issued.

Upon approval of customer's Bonfire gathering date and time, Terms and Condition sign off will be emailed to customer along with customer invoice. The deposit will be collected at that time.

Essential Bonfire Package
Elevate your beachside bonfire with our Essential Package. We will take care of the bonfire permitting process. The $75.00 fee for the permit is a non-refundable fee included in our package price. On the evening of your reservation, our team will deliver our provisions where the street meets the beach (The street listed on your permit). Provisions include a set of tiki-torches, firewood bundle's (2), natural fire starters, a shovel, a refuse container, & a fire proof container for extinguishment, & collection of burnt debris. After the completion & extinguishment of your bonfire, our team will return to dispose of the bonfire debris you have collected in your fire proof container, and the refuse collected in your refuse container. We cover every detail, leaving you free to enjoy the warmth and magic.

Essential Bonfire Package $200
Bonfire Permit Included

Basic Bonfire Package
Keep it simple with our Basic Package. We will take care of the bonfire permitting process. The $75.00 fee for the permit is a non-refundable fee included in our package price. On the evening of your reservation, our team will deliver our provisions where the street meets the beach (The street listed on your permit). Provisions include a shovel, firewood bundle (1), natural fire starters, & a fire proof container for extinguishment, & collection of burnt debris. After the completion & extinguishment of your bonfire, our team will return to collect provisions and dispose of the bonfire debris you have collected in your fire safe container. Creating cherished memories couldn't be easier.
